Lead the development, scoping, and execution of strategic and operational business transformation initiatives.

Oversee various IT domains including project management, application development, enterprise & data architecture, and IT operations.

Our client is a leading Insurance company in Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Drive high-impact technology projects aimed at boosting revenue, reducing costs, enhancing efficiency, and improving customer experience.
• Lead IT domains and provide strategic and operational guidance, including project management, application development, enterprise & data architecture, and IT operations.
• Act as a change champion by applying stakeholder analysis and effective change management practices.
• Keep senior leadership and functional teams informed with regular updates on project progress, key metrics, challenges, and risks.
• Serve as a bridge across departments for cross-functional initiatives and projects with broad organizational impact.
• Facilitate team sessions and workshops to drive alignment and progress.
• Mentor team members by offering hands-on coaching in business transformation and process improvement techniques.
• Collaborate with leaders across business units to guide initiatives from planning through execution.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Information Technology or related field.
• Approximately 10 years of experience in a similar role, including project management and business analysis.
• Deep knowledge and expertise in the insurance industry, including claims processing, policy administration, customer service, and IT.
• Experience across the full project lifecycle, from conceptual design to system testing, with PMP certification.
• Strong strategic planning and decision-making skills.
• Excellent analytical abilities with a deep understanding of translating business needs into operational requirements.
