Product Owner

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Owner to join our client's team in Jakarta. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction and success of our client's products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, define product strategies, and lead the product development lifecycle, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet customer needs and achieve business objectives.

Note: This is an opening for a role dedicated to our clients. English proficiency is a must.

Responsibilities:

1. Discuss with related Business Owner to determine the priority and define the function for further development.
2. Determine the objective, business background/pain point, and the features to be added/modified.
3. Transfer the information on product roadmap and required function to be developed to the development team.
4. Develop report/dashboard as necessary.
5. Conduct problem analysis resulted from the metrics’ indicator.
6. Conduct product backlog and put necessary refinement as resulted from the product performance review.

Requirements:

1. Possess a Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business or Science from a reputable university.
2. Minimum 5 years experience as Product Owner.
3. Intensive experience in exercising IT Project Management and Business Process Improvement.
4. Understanding of IT Services Market & Business is preferred.
5. Good communication, interpersonal skills, and English proficiency (written and oral).
6. Must be able to work on-site in Jakarta Timur (WFO).
