Job Description
  1. Guest Service & Bar Operations: Take ownership of assigned station, serving approximately 25 to 30 guests at bars, coffee stations, and sundecks. Serve drinks, assist with preparing cocktails according to company standards, and maintain in-depth knowledge of all Bar Menus.
  2. Billing & Accounts: Ensure all guests are charged correctly following company standards and account procedures. Report any incorrect charges to the Supervisor on duty.
  3. Setup & Compliance: Set up assigned areas according to Supervisor instructions, Viking’s Operations Manuals, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Follow service procedures aligned with SOPs, Departmental Service Standards, and Public Health Policies.
  4. Food & Beverage Preparation: Prepare and operate F&B activities across outlets, ensuring standards are met. Manage cost control, conduct stock takes, and maintain proper storage and inventory levels.
  5. Maintenance & Cleanliness: Minimize equipment loss/damage, uphold cleanliness standards, and ensure sanitation of all equipment after use. Prepare mise-en-place 15 minutes before service.
