Job Description

Requirements:

  1. Must have sales experience with aesthetic medical devices in a distribution company and possess a database of aesthetic clinic clients.
  2. Bachelor degree or higher.
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills, with the ability to handle work pressure. Fluent in English communication.
  4. Proactive attitude, good team spirit, high sense of responsibility, and self-motivation.
  5. Willingness to travel; having a driver's license is a plus.
  6. Reside in SURABAYA is a must.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop new clinic clients, maintain existing client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and establish long-term cooperative relationships.
  2. Formulate and execute sales plans based on company targets to achieve sales goals.
  3. Conduct market research, gather industry information, understand market dynamics and competitors, and provide feedback to the company.
  4. Promote and sell the company's products, introduce product features and advantages, and provide solutions.
  5. Sign sales contracts, follow up on contract fulfillment, ensure timely delivery, and collect payments.
  6. Resolve customer issues promptly, coordinate after-sales service, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  7. Submit regular sales reports, analyze sales data, and propose improvements.
  8. Participate in company-organized training to enhance professional capabilities and sales techniques.
