Job description

Our client is a global transshipping company that is based in Sudirman as their strategic office. They have products in Floating Cranes, Loading Facilities, Tugs & Barges, and Offshore transshipment. Currently, they are looking for a Sales Marketing Manager to be based in their Sudirman office, with the following requirements:

Job Descriptions:

1. Reporting to CEO.
2. Lead and direct key contract negotiations and closing of business deals, pricing strategies, and quoting activities in line with profit and growth goals and customer needs.
3. Responsible for developing new strategic initiatives, new partnerships and actively lead key initiatives in driving business growth.
4. Responsible for the overall revenue growth, budget creation and control. Identify revenue gaps and plans for closing these over the course of the year, ensuring achievement of budget is always top of mind.
5. Reviewing of business strategy and implementing action plans.
6. Oversee the coordination of all market intelligence and marketing analysis of industry trends, competitors, etc.

Job Specification:
1. University degree is a MUST, MBA/Master is preferred.
2. Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, with a track record in senior management level.
3. Background in the shipping industry with outstanding achievement in securing new projects.
4. Strong communication skill and passion to get things done.
5. Outstanding interpersonal skills, strong communication skills.
6. Fluent in English is a MUST, fluent in Mandarin is a plus point.
