Job Overview:

The Marketing Communication Specialist will be responsible for managing and executing communication strategies that enhance the brand's presence in retail environments, both online and offline. This role involves close collaboration with mall partners, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and internal teams to drive customer engagement and sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the fashion retail industry and experience in orchestrating events, promotions, and strategic partnerships.

What You’ll Do:

Mall Partnerships:

Collaboration with Mall Management:

Develop and maintain relationships with mall management teams to secure prime locations for pop-up stores, promotional displays, and events. Negotiate and coordinate marketing initiatives with malls to boost brand visibility and foot traffic. Work with mall partners to feature the brand in campaigns, seasonal promotions, and loyalty programs.

Strategic Planning:

Create and execute annual plans with malls, aligning with marketing calendars and sales goals. Review performance and adjust strategies to maximize impact.

Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs):

Influencer Marketing:

Identify and engage fashion influencers and KOLs aligned with the brand. Develop strategies leveraging KOLs' reach for product launches and campaigns. Manage relationships to ensure positive collaborations.

Campaign Coordination:

Coordinate KOL involvement in launches, content creation, and social media promotions. Track campaign performance using analytics to measure ROI and refine strategies.

In-Store Activities (Events & Promotions):

Event Planning and Execution:

Plan and execute in-store events like product launches, fashion shows, and seasonal promos. Collaborate with visual teams for displays and promotional materials. Manage logistics, staffing, vendors, and budgets.

Promotional Strategies:

Develop in-store promotion strategies aligned with marketing goals. Analyze success through sales data and customer feedback, adjusting as needed. Enhance customer connection via VIP events, styling sessions, and loyalty programs. Train staff for promotions and customer service during events.

Event Management:

Brand Events:

Plan and oversee larger brand events such as fashion shows and influencer meet-and-greets. Coordinate with vendors and develop event concepts that reflect the brand identity.
