Levner Consulting is a consulting services provider specializing in compliance, environmental, sustainability, business strategy, and engineering design. We are seeking a high-quality CEO Office Analyst to support strategic decision-making in our company's development.

Job Descriptions:

1. Strategic Thinking and Analysis

  • Frame business problems to identify core issues facing the business, structure them into a solvable format, and determine the data required for analysis.
  • Evaluate relevant data to locate and analyze qualitative and quantitative information to inform strategic decisions.
  • Create compelling business cases, frameworks, and plans demonstrating the value and strategic direction of projects or initiatives.
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to extract insights and trends for strategic decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement, growth, and increased efficiency or profitability.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the progress of strategic initiatives and business goals. Provide regular updates to the BOD on performance trends and areas for improvement.
  • Support management decision-making processes, ensuring that all necessary voices are heard and consensus is achieved when possible.

2. Process Design & Management

  • Develop and manage initiative plans, including activities, stakeholders, schedules, obstacles to overcome, and key milestones.
  • Work closely with our Operational Team to ensure that initiatives align with broader business objectives and are implemented smoothly.
  • Implement changes to improve business processes, focusing on efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Plan, develop, and monitor OKRs (Objectives and Key Results), and increase OKRs adoption.
  • Identify key stakeholders, understand their needs, and maintain effective communication to ensure support for initiatives.
  • Work effectively with cross-functional teams, maintaining open communication and seamless coordination.

3. Business Development

  • Engage in strategic initiatives and investment tasks, contributing to the overall business strategy.
  • Develop and finalize business process maps, implementing improvements for operational efficiency.
  • Collect and analyze the necessary information to support product development and business strategies.
  • Manage special projects or initiatives on behalf of the BOD, which could include cross-functional initiatives, process improvements, or organizational change efforts. Ensure timely completion of projects and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to the organization's goals. Seek opportunities for professional growth and development to enhance skills and capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Finance, Economics, or related disciplines from reputable university.
  • A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in data analysis, project management, or related roles (experience in consulting environments in a data analysis role is a plus).
  • Exceptional data analysis skills.
  • Excellent proficiency in data analysis tools and project management software.
  • Outstanding english communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Project Management Skills.
  • Proficient in Professional PowerPoint Creation.
  • Ability to work in a team, under tight schedule, and in a fast paced environment.
  • Experienced in cross-functional teamwork and able to adapt to a dynamic environment.
