Job description

Role Overview:
We are seeking an Accounting Staff to join our client's esteemed team. The ideal candidate should possess at least 2-3 years of comprehensive Manufacturing Accounting, showcasing proficiency in Cash In, Cash Out, Inventory Management, and Tax.

Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  2. Track and analyze production costs, including direct labor, direct materials, and overhead.
  3. Monitor variances between standard costs and actual costs.
  4. Collaborate with the production team to understand and report on manufacturing efficiency and cost-saving opportunities.
  5. Maintain accurate records of inventory levels.
  6. Ensure compliance with relevant accounting principles, tax regulations, and industry standards.
  7. Assist in the preparation of tax returns and respond to audit inquiries.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, procurement, and finance, to gather and analyze relevant data.
  9. Prepare ad-hoc financial reports for management as needed.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
  2. Proven experience in Accounting from 2 to 3 years.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant accounting software.
  4. Familiarity with cost accounting, inventory management, and financial reporting.
  5. Brevet A&B would be an advantage.
