Job Description
  • Receiving orders from customers
  • Processing orders from customers through manual/VIPS/SIPS/TRIM/D2Comm
  • Confirming delivery schedules to customers
  • Monitoring order status in production
  • Arranging delivery/shipment
  • Updating delivery/shipment status to customers
  • Processing any complaints from customers relating to the order process
Qualifications
  • Minimum S1 from any major
  • Good in English (it must)
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel
  • Passionate about connecting with other people
  • Fresh graduates with good potential skills are welcome
