About the job: Digital Marketing & ECommerce Manager

This role is responsible for driving growth, profit, and market share for our brands by leading the analysis of consumer insights and trends to build sustainable competitive advantages through innovation.
Responsibilities
- Leverage experience in new product development within the industrials sector, with exposure to both commercial and technological development functions.
- Manage projects to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery; exhibit decision-making skills around investment options to mitigate risk and maximize returns.
- Deeply understand consumer motivations, cultural contexts, and the business landscape; utilize marketplace data and trends for human-centric consumer insights.
- Develop data-driven strategies for category, portfolio, and brand growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as R&D, Technical Applications, Sales, Finance, and Operations, as well as external agencies, to plan innovative consumer experiences and challenge the status quo for profitable growth.
- Partner with Sales and Customers to implement effective strategies and succeed in an omni-channel environment, maximizing retail opportunities and delivering measurable results.
- Identify new opportunity spaces based on consumer and category insights.
- Define the brand's unique positioning and prioritized consumer benefits to guide innovation strategies.
- Generate and validate concepts with consumers, assessing them on key criteria to build a 2-5 year portfolio pipeline.
- Explore and incorporate innovative approaches, including new business models, distribution strategies, licensing, and strategic partnerships.
- Develop business plans and lead the commercialization of new products in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Manage the transition process for new product launches to ensure smooth handoffs and successful market entry.
Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 4-5 years of marketing experience.
- Strong results-driven mentality with leadership, decision-making, analytical skills, effective communication, critical thinking, self-motivation, and a passion for consumers.
- Experience in developing strategic brand and product plans, including commercialization strategies.
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and external agencies.
- Capability to influence and lead beyond the marketing department.
- Skill in identifying consumer insights and translating them into innovative products and marketing strategies.
- Deep understanding of key P&L drivers.
- Ability to analyze data critically and synthesize insights into actionable strategies to achieve business goals.
