Job description

BAGS CITY GROUP is a retail company specializing in Luggage, Bags, and Travel Accessories. Established in 1992, Bags City offers well-known brands such as Lojel, Thule, Bagasi, Case Logic, and Travel Blue. Key Responsibilities:

1. Design marketing materials including posters, flyers, packaging, social media graphics, and internal branding items.
2. Assist with layout design, resizing, and adaptation of existing assets.
3. Prepare final artwork files according to printing specifications, ensuring accuracy in bleed, resolution, and color settings.
4. Coordinate with print vendors to deliver files, check proofs, and schedule printing.
5. Handle production-related errands such as delivering materials, collecting printed items, and quality control at the printer.
6. Organize and archive design files and printed materials.
7. Support ad hoc creative or administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

1. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
2. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
3. Attention to detail and ability to follow technical specifications accurately.
4. Good time management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
5. Willingness to perform physical errands and coordination tasks outside the office.
6. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
7. Willing to work full-time on-site at Taman Tekno, BSD, Tangerang Selatan.
