Job Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a marketing manager
• Valuable experience in Marketing Industrial Machinery or Spare Parts
• Proficiency in English is mandatory
• Mastery of English (Mandarin is a plus) and vice versa (Active mastery of both languages is a plus)
• Experience in Marketing Industrial Machinery, such as Filling Machines
• Strong market analysis skills
• Excellent communication skills and target-oriented mindset
• Understanding of Customer Service Procedures
• Professional appearance
• Honest, disciplined, and with integrity
• Knowledge of social media platforms
• Valid A driver's license and ability to drive 4-wheeled vehicles
• Willingness to work out of town
• Additional advantage if experienced in Flexible Packaging, Rotogravure Printing Machines, or Filling Machines

Job Description

1. Develop and implement marketing strategies to meet company targets
2. Lead product marketing initiatives
3. Report sales progress and team conditions to the Director
4. Assess market conditions and identify sales opportunities
5. Retain existing customers and acquire new ones
6. Ensure timely product distribution to customers
7. Supervise the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing strategies
8. Willing to work in Tangerang area and out of town
