HR Generalist at Emtrade | Talent Acquisition | Tech Recruiter | Human Resources Management

Responsibilities:

  • Create, manage, and analyze digital content performance and provide recommendations across various ads platforms.
  • Execute and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.) to improve effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with the design and content teams to create copywriting for digital ads.
  • Manage email marketing and digital communities to enhance engagement.
  • Monitoring and follow up target market response from any kind of ads.
  • Track, analyze data, and generate performance reports for ads.
  • Stay updated with the latest ads & market trends.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Management, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in performance marketing (Fresh graduates with a portfolio are welcome to apply).
  • Strong understanding and experience in running ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
  • Familiar with SEO, SEM, email marketing, paid ads, audience targeting & retargeting, and create engaging content for ads.
  • Understanding of data analysis using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other relevant tools.
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
