Job Summary : To lead and manage all online business activities across various platforms (TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, etc.). This role involves overseeing a team of eCommerce professionals, setting and achieving sales targets, developing platform-specific strategies, and ensuring smooth execution of all digital commerce operations.

Minimum 2 Years of Executive Experiences

In-Depth Knowledge of E-commerce Platforms

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or Related Field

Age 20-35

Proficient in the use of various office softwares

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of eCommerce professionals, including all staffs related to online business. Foster a collaborative, high-performance work environment.

Sales Strategy & Target Achievement: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Continuously monitor sales performance and adjust tactics to maximize revenue and profits.

Multi-Platform Management: Oversee operations across multiple eCommerce platforms (TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, and others), ensuring that platform-specific policies, guidelines, and best practices are adhered to. Optimize product listings, promotional activities, and platform usage to drive growth.

Campaign Development & Execution: Coordinate with marketing and content teams to develop platform-appropriate promotional campaigns, ads, and product launches. Ensure the successful execution of sales events and promotions across all platforms.

Data-Driven Decision Making: Regularly analyze sales data, customer insights, and performance metrics from each platform. Use data to inform strategic decisions, identify opportunities for growth, and address potential challenges.

Platform Policy Compliance: Stay up to date with the policies, rules, and regulations of each eCommerce platform. Ensure that the company’s online business complies with these policies and proactively address any potential violations or issues.
