2. Genese The Spectrum is a child development center in Medan that focuses on Special Needs Kids. We utilize EIP from Singapore and curriculum from Finland.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Psychology, Physical Education, or a related field focusing on Special Needs.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and possess good communication skills.
• Proficiency in passive English communication.
• Willingness to learn and curiosity about the field.
