• Our client is a Multinational IT Solutions company. Currently, they are looking for Legal & GA Executive.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Check and review vendor/supplier contracts.
2. Ensure all legal documents are properly filed.
3. Procure office supplies and oversee facilities maintenance.
4. Support HR tasks and operations.
5. Perform other responsibilities as needed.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Law from a reputable university.
2. Proficient in Business English, with the ability to communicate effectively with expatriates for business matters.
3. Minimum 4 years of experience handling Legal, Office Procurement, HR, and GA in a foreign company.
4. Proficient in MS Office suite.
5. Stable employment history with at least 2 years at the same company.
6. Good coordination skills, meticulous, able to multitask, and possess good time management.
