Job Descriptions:

1. Conduct product Proof of Concept for clients.
2. Work closely with internal teams to curate comprehensive solutions for clients.
3. Calculate customization costs and delivery timelines.
4. Produce, present, and propose high-quality technical proposals to meet client needs.
5. Collect and propose product improvements that address market demands.

Requirements/Qualifications:

1. Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Information, or equivalent.
2. Have analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes and implement solutions.
3. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
4. Strong documentation skills for creating clear technical specifications and effective communication with cross-functional teams.
5. Ability to adapt to new technologies and evolving business requirements.
6. Understanding of REST API.
7. Experience in areas such as presales for Mekari Talenta (HRIS, Payroll, Tax, HR, Labour Law), Mekari Qontak (Omnichannel, CRM, Call Center, Meta Products), Mekari Jurnal (Accounting, ERP, Tax, PSAK/IFRS), or Visual Programming/Low Code/No Code development is a plus.
