Job description

Manage the day-to-day operations of our machinery and equipment, monitoring performance and addressing any issues or breakdowns promptly.

Coordinate maintenance and repair schedules to minimise downtime and maximise equipment availability.

Implement process improvements and optimise workflows to enhance overall efficiency.

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely delivery of products and services to meet customer requirements.

Train and supervise machine operators, providing guidance and support to develop their skills.

Monitor and report on key performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar machinery supervision or production management role.
