Job summary
A leading company in Indonesia is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to oversee the Sales Agent team and drive store sales. Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Area/District Sales Manager or regional manager.
- Fluent in English; proficient in office software.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the supervision and management of the SA team;
- Responsible for recruiting Sales Agents (SA), Merchant Development Officers (MDO), and Trainers;
- Coordinate, implement policies, inspect, supervise, and execute the system across various regions;
- Investigate and understand daily orders in partner stores, analyze and summarize, and report abnormalities;
- Train and supervise SAs and store trainers in each cooperative store;
- Develop strategies to target high GMV from successful transactions and increase store sales rates.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Area/District Sales Manager or regional manager in Indonesia is preferred;
- Fluent in English; proficient in office software such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;
- Maximum age of 40 years old;
- Minimum bachelor's degree.
