Position: Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute our online marketing strategies, enhance brand presence, and drive customer engagement for our general insurance products. The ideal candidate will be adept at using digital channels to boost brand awareness, optimize customer acquisition, and increase conversion rates while aligning with the company’s overall marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Digital Strategy
- Create, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, display advertising, etc.).
- Align digital strategies with business objectives to maximize brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
- Manage Paid Advertising and SEO
- Lead SEM and paid social campaigns, optimizing for keywords and ROI.
- Work with SEO experts to improve organic rankings and drive traffic growth through strategic content.
- Content and Social Media Marketing
- Develop content strategies to engage customers and prospects on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Drive community engagement through valuable and consistent content relevant to insurance products.
- Data Analytics and Reporting
- Analyze campaign performance, user engagement, and conversion rates.
- Provide actionable insights and regular reports to stakeholders, optimizing future strategies based on data.
- Website and Landing Page Optimization
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to improve website functionality, speed, and user experience.
- Create and A/B test landing pages to optimize the customer journey and drive conversions.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally
- Work closely with product, sales, and customer service teams to ensure a consistent customer experience and aligned marketing efforts.
- Partner with agency teams to amplify campaign reach and effectiveness.
- Cross-Sell & Upsell Strategy
- Identify cross-selling opportunities within the existing customer base to increase policy adoption.
- Work with product and call center teams to create personalized offers and bundled insurance solutions.
- Develop retargeting strategies for policy renewals and add-on sales.
- Budget and Revenue Growth
- Manage the digital sales budget, ensuring cost-effective campaign execution while maximizing sales.
- Continuously test and improve customer acquisition, cross-sell, and retention strategies to drive revenue growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
- Proven expertise in SEM, SEO, social media, and content marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in using Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
- Ability to think creatively, identify trends, and adapt strategies in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other relevant digital marketing certifications.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools.
- Familiarity with compliance and regulations in the insurance industry.
