Job description

• Conduct requirements gathering activities from business owners and stakeholders to identify key functional requirements, documented as Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and related flowcharts.

• Analyze the current system in operation.

• Research and design features to be implemented, including UI/UX, user flow, and technology selection based on requirements and industry trends.

• Participate in Sprint Planning, Standup Meetings, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives to define timelines, scope, and deliverables.

• Create detailed tasks for the development team and act as a liaison between business units and IT.

• Lead and guide the development team in implementing the designed solutions.

• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure a bug-free experience.

• Monitor work priorities during development and maintenance to ensure a smooth software lifecycle.

• Create user manuals and training materials; conduct training sessions to facilitate system adoption.

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for systems.

• Ensure tasks are completed on time.

• Ensure quality assurance and long-term support for users of the developed product.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an IT consultant, system analyst, or similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; overseas graduates are preferred.
• Strong knowledge of system architecture, UI/UX design, and SDLC.
• Familiarity with Agile tools (Kanban, Miro, Figma, etc.).
• Proficiency in programming languages (Dart / Flutter), database concepts, and data processing (SQL, Excel).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to work independently and lead teams.
