Senior Finance Executive

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Finance Accounting Tax at Senior / Supervisor level.
• Fluent in English, speaking English is a must.
• Preferably experience working in Public Accounting Office (KAP). 
• Manufacturing industry experiences is preferred. 
• Knowledge of ERP preferred Oracle Cloud base.
• Strong understanding & experience with accounting, finance, treasury & cash management.
• Good understanding of tax regulations (PPh 21, 22, 23, 26, 4 (2) and PPN).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.
• High level of integrity, responsibility, and discipline in work.
• Have knowledge using Accounting Software.
• Willing to work in Cikande, Serang Regency.

Responsibility:

• Manage Accounts Payable, Account Receivable and Financial Statement.
• Prepare monthly financial report and journaling (Balance Sheet, General Ledger (D/C), Income Statement, Journal and Trial Balance) for financial closing.
• Ensure timely, accurate month-end closing and financial reporting to Management.
• Forecast monthly cash flow and maintain a fixed asset register.
• Provide assistance and support with all finance filing requirements, tax filing requirement, audits, procedures and forms both statutory and internal.
• Handle and prepare monthly VAT and withholding tax submission with applicable regulations.
• Keep records of invoices and tax payments.
• Create and update spreadsheets of daily transactions.
• Manage accounts receivable and payable.
• Review and process reimbursements.
• Manage petty cash.
• Process internal and external payments and transactions.
• Monthly recap cash inflow & outflow expenditure.
• Monthly compiling bank statements.
