Job description

Prepare training materials and deliver training modules to the Collection team, fulfill the training plan, and measure training effectiveness and evaluation.

What you will do
  1. Conduct training and socialization sessions for designated collection team members to achieve training objectives for all modules and materials.
  2. Deliver training for all departments under the Risk Function.
  3. Ensure all required training programs are completed according to the timeline for the designated collection team.
  4. Manage training classes and oversee training activities through the end-to-end process.
  5. Prepare training materials and manuals, mastering the content thoroughly.
  6. Provide training reports and activity updates to the Training Supervisor in a timely manner.
What you will need to have
  • Bachelor's degree in any major from a reputable university.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Trainer, Learning & Development, or Training Consultant.
  • Experience in managing online or offline training for mass positions, such as customer service, collection, or sales agents, is a plus.
  • Tech-savvy, with experience using Learning Management System (LMS) and Microsoft Office.
  • Familiar with training design and experienced in developing learning materials based on learning syllabi.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English or Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Willing to relocate or currently residing in Makassar or Manado.
