• Our client is a Japanese Heavy Machinery company. Currently, they are looking for Branch Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Collect and analyze market information for the Plantation, Agroindustry, and Forestry sectors and provide comprehensive reports to the Head Office.
2. Review sales forecasts and monitor the achievement of sales targets.
3. Develop strategies to increase market share for excavators across branches.
4. Design and implement initiatives to boost sales in the Plantation, Agroindustry, and Forestry sectors.
5. Oversee all branches' sales performance, including net and gross profit.
6. Other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

1. Hold a Bachelor's degree.
2. Proficiency in Business English (both written & spoken).
3. Over 15 years of experience in Sales/Sales planning within the Heavy Equipment industry, especially in the Plantation, Agroindustry, and Forestry sectors.
4. Management experience as a Branch Manager handling up to 10 teams.
5. Proficiency in understanding financial statements (e.g., Profit & Loss, Forecasts, Balance Sheet, etc.).
6. Willing to work in Pekanbaru area.
7. Preferably with experience working in a Japanese company.
