We are looking for a Service Coordinator to join our Jakarta team.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Act as a central point of contact between technicians, internal teams, and external clients to coordinate the delivery of field service work.
- Work closely with clients to confirm and adjust schedules, resolve access or scope issues, and ensure all parties are aligned to job expectations and timing.
- Facilitate open and timely communication across all stakeholders, including Operations, Supply Chain, Workforce Planning, HSE, and clients, to manage expectations and progress.
- Support team members and technicians in the field by providing timely information, documentation, and updates needed to execute work efficiently and safely.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain to ensure all parts and tooling are identified, available, and delivered on time for scheduled work. Actively monitor parts status in SAP and expedite items as required to avoid schedule disruption.
- Partner with the Workforce Planner to ensure labor capacity aligns with job scope and scheduling needs. Anticipate potential gaps and contribute to resource planning discussions.
- Maintain oversight of job timelines, resource allocations, and material readiness or equivalent job management systems. Ensure all elements are aligned before the commencement of work.
- Compile and manage quality documentation (e.g., Inspection and Test Plans, work packs, checklists) required to support job commencement and meet compliance and client expectations.
- Assist in preparing for job mobilization by ensuring compliance requirements are met and that the right people, tools, and materials are confirmed and ready.
- Maintain an up-to-date service calendar that reflects planned work, urgent jobs, and any shifts in scheduling. Proactively identify and escalate risks to delivery.
- Ensure accurate job tracking through Monday.com, including all updates related to job status, billing readiness, and completion reporting.
- Comply with all Enerflex policies, procedures, and guidelines across HR, HSE, Quality, and Operations. Ensure documentation and actions are consistent with internal standards and external requirements.
- Perform other duties as required by the Supervisor or Manager to support smooth field operations and business continuity.
Requirements for Candidates:
- 5+ years' work experience in the oil and gas industry is preferred.
- Experience with reconciliation of expense reports.
- Must be technically sound and have experience with SAP, MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint) at a moderate or basic level. Experience with SAP Concur (Travel, Expense, and Invoice Management System) is a plus.
- Understands the cost and/or revenue impact of own work at a moderate degree.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and meticulous business writing skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work to meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently with a high attention to detail. Demonstrated ability for on-time performance in a fast-paced work environment.
- A willingness to learn current processes, new skills, and serve as support in several capacities.
