Marketing Associate

Job Description:

- Develop and execute marketing campaigns

- Analyze market trends to modify and implement new strategies

- Coordinate brand photoshoots, including concept planning, sourcing, and team collaboration

- Plan, develop, and create social media content across platforms

- Develop and manage a content calendar for social media, campaigns, and product launches

- Manage and activate digital advertisements (social media & ecommerce ads)

- Create, test, and monitor ad content to find top-performing ads

- Track and analyze performance of marketing campaigns and ad effectiveness

- Engage with KOLs and influencers for collaboration and long-term partnerships

Qualifications:

- Min. Bachelor degree and related experiences

- Strong understanding of social media platforms

- Creative mindset with strong aesthetic sense

- Knowledge of marketing and content creation tools

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Preferably proficient in digital advertising
