Senior Administration / Accounting Manager

Ø International and publicly listed company from Europe, manufacturer of industrial components, with 10 global locations, establishing a new office and warehouse in Indonesia. We are seeking a Senior Administration / Accounting Manager to assist with setup and ongoing management of admin, accounts receivable, accounts payable, tax, and inventory for a team of approximately 8-10 people.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken, to communicate effectively with the head office finance team abroad.
  • Formal accounting qualifications with 5-10 years of postgraduate experience.
  • Experience with ERP software, preferably Epicor Kinetic (link).
  • Strong understanding of maintaining a general ledger and balance sheet.
  • Experience with E-Faktur and PIB (Import Tax).
  • Knowledge of employer/employee BPJS obligations.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Comfortable using Coretax system in Indonesia.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Input financial transactions into ERP, including general data entry.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Conduct financial transactions and bank reconciliations.
  • Manage goods receipts and inventory.
  • Create financial reports.
  • Record expenditure data in ERP.
  • Generate weekly cash flow reports using Excel templates.
