Responsibilities

1. Planning
2. Optimize sales force performance by analyzing sales and market data, developing action plans with the Area Manager to meet objectives.
3. Sales
4. Provide accurate, approved product information to healthcare professionals.
5. Explore area potential, gather competitor information, develop PDP, analyze sales performance, and follow up on action plans.
6. Conduct hospital listings.
7. Marketing Activities
8. Execute marketing activities such as detailing, RTM, FGD, etc., for assigned products.
9. Monitor product stock levels in hospitals and pharmacies.
10. Internal Relations
11. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other internal teams on cross-functional projects.
12. External Relations
13. Establish and maintain relationships with medical communities and distributors; support product registration efforts.
14. Product & Medical Knowledge
15. Maintain and improve knowledge of products, medical information, and sales skills.
16. Prepare regular reports on progress and forecasts for stakeholders.
