Job description

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Law from a reputable university, with a valid legal practice license.

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Legal Manager or in a senior legal role within a reputable organization.

Strong knowledge of foreign direct investment regulations, OSS, licensing processes with BKPM, and experience in litigation and dispute resolution.

Experience in liaising with legal agencies and representing companies in legal matters.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

Strong legal analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.

Willing to work in Kemayoran, Central Jakarta, and travel as needed.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing legal advice to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents and contracts.
• Ensuring compliance with Indonesian legal and regulatory requirements, including FDI regulations.
• Advising HR on expatriate legal matters.
• Maintaining government relations with BKPM, Immigration, and other authorities.
• Collaborating to identify and mitigate legal risks.
• Managing legal documentation for corporate actions and meetings.
• Legal representation in litigation and dispute resolution.
• Training internal stakeholders on legal issues.
• Managing external legal counsel and developing legal policies.
