Our client is a fast-growing beauty and skincare company in Indonesia, dedicated to providing high-quality, innovative, and dermatologist-approved products. Through continuous research and development, our client aims to empower customers with effective and safe skincare solutions.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conceptualize and manage demand-driving strategy, executing and creating events involving influencers and KOLs across beauty, technical, and popular culture.
  2. Brainstorm with the marketing team on how to increase engagement by collaborating with certain KOLs.
  3. Propose endorsement options, create lists, and execute strategies for micro, macro, mega, and celebrity KOLs.
  4. Improve guidelines and ensure that the team understands the objectives and strategies while working on daily tasks in a timely manner.
  5. Maintain all administrative documents: payment, contracts, document filing, and data tracking.
  6. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging KOLs to stay ahead of the curve and propose innovative influencer strategies.
  7. Liaise on new product launches by ensuring consistent press coverage in core media categories.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in any related field.
  2. Experience as a Marketing Strategist/KOL Strategist for 3 years.
  3. Extensive comprehension of content management activities.
  4. Good English proficiency in both writing and speaking.
  5. Excellent market acumen and up-to-date with current social trends.
