Job description

As the Sales Support Supervisor (Senior Staff) at PT NNR RPX Global Logistics Indonesia, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive sales support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the company's sales department. This full-time role is based in South Jakarta, Jakarta.

What you'll be doing

1. Assisting the sales team in responding to inquiries from overseas partners and domestic customers.
2. Analyzing profit margins accurately by detailed review of buying and selling rates.
3. Preparing sales reports, presentations, credit facilities, and other administrative paperwork.
4. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date sales records and database.
5. Collaborating with overseas and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery to customers.
6. Establishing good relationships with airlines, shipping liners, co-loaders, warehouses, and trucking vendors to secure competitive rates and booking space.
7. Participating in sales meetings and contributing to the development of sales support strategies.
8. Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing them.
9. Supporting branch offices promptly with rate and credit approval processes.
10. Ensuring compliance with KPI/SOP/Company Regulations and Policies.

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales support within the freight forwarding industry.
2. Strong knowledge of freight forwarding, including Incoterms, is mandatory.
3. Customer service orientation and excellent communication skills.
4. Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Excel formulas, CRM systems).
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
6. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
7. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
8. Proficiency in written and spoken English.
9. Teamwork-oriented with effective collaboration skills.
