We are seeking a talented and motivated Sales Consultant to join our team at Active Study.

We are an established education agency based in Perth, dedicated to guiding students through the exciting journey of studying abroad. With our focus on providing comprehensive support and personalised guidance, we have helped numerous students achieve their study goals.

Position Details:

• Role: Sales Consultant
• Location: Bali, Indonesia
• Type: Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective students to introduce Active Study's services and assist them in their educational journey.
• Listen actively to prospective students' needs and provide personalised guidance on suitable educational programs and institutions.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through excellent communication and follow-up skills.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Keep accurate records of interactions with prospective students in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to continuously improve sales strategies and achieve collective goals.

Minimum Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in the education sector.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade others.
• A passion for education and helping students achieve their goals.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in CRM software.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Willing to relocate to Bali.
