Aftersales Manager - Electrical Equipment - Jakarta (B-117392)

Our client is a Electrical Equipment Company. Currently, they are looking for an Aftersales Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the technical department to ensure all procedures meet the schedule.
  2. Achieve high-quality deliverables for all projects within the acceptance criteria based on company standards.
  3. Motivate team members and support them in overcoming project issues.
  4. Participate in project-related meetings, field testing, commissioning, and service activities as needed.
  5. Maintain and develop a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  6. Monitor competitor products and industry trends to identify opportunities for product differentiation and market positioning.
  7. Propose solutions that meet customer needs.
  8. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management.
  9. Report on aftersales activities, customer feedback, and developments to management.
  10. Perform other responsibilities as needed.

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
  2. Proficiency in Business English (to communicate with foreign customers or HQ).
  3. Minimum 8 years of experience in After Sales and Technical Support, with at least 5 years in the kWh meter industry, including team management experience.
  4. Willing to travel for business trips.
  5. Disciplined, agile, creative, responsible, with strong problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills / Experience:

  • Experience in R&D.
