Role Description:

The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing HR policies, employee benefits, personnel management, and ensuring compliance with HR regulations. They will handle daily HR operations, provide support to employees, and assist in recruitment and onboarding processes.

Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
Experience in HR management and personnel administration
Familiarity with HR policies and regulations

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
