  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to guide strategy adjustments as necessary.

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and support
  • Collaborate with product development teams to align product offerings with market demands, customer needs, and technological advancements
  • Prepare regular sales and marketing reports, analyzing key performance metrics and providing actionable insights to the executive leadership team
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationship

Qualifications

  • Maximum 37 years old
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years experience in Sales (3 years experience as Sales Group Head/General Manager Sales)
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data and market insights to make informed business decisions and recommendations
  • Strategic thinking, a results-driven mindset, and a strong commitment to achieving organizational goals and objectives while maintaining the highest ethical standards
