Job description

Aston Pekalongan Syariah Hotel & Conference Center is currently seeking a dynamic, experienced, and service-oriented Food & Beverage Manager to lead and elevate our F&B operations in alignment with Syariah-compliant hospitality principles. This role requires a highly organized leader who can oversee daily operations, enhance guest experiences, ensure profitability, and support the hotel's mission of delivering exceptional Syariah-based service standards.

Requirements & Qualifications:
  1. Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an F&B Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
  2. Proven track record in managing successful restaurant, banquet, and events operations.
  3. Willingness to understand Syariah-compliant hospitality standards is highly preferred.
  4. Excellent leadership, communication, and people development skills.
  5. Proficient in budgeting, cost control, and operational planning.
  6. Customer-centric mindset with a hands-on leadership approach.
  7. Familiarity with hotel systems (e.g., POS, inventory control, and PMS) is a plus.
  8. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
