Job description

Degree in Business Management/Administration or any other related field.

At least 5 years of experience managing projects in a corporate or organizational setting.

Leadership Skills: Strong ability to motivate and inspire project teams towards success.

Communication Expertise: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Attention to Detail: Meticulous in tracking project details and ensuring accuracy.

Adaptability: Flexible in adjusting to changing priorities and operational needs.

Must have training experience (going across cities).

IT Background: Understanding of DMS system preferably.

Background in Retail distribution, i.e., warehousing, delivery.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring technical and business feasibility.
  2. Develop and maintain a detailed project plan to track progress and ensure milestones are achieved.
  3. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
  4. Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  5. Establish and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
