What You Will Experience:
  • Manage daily sales operations across all channels (GT/MT) within the coverage area.
  • Achieve and increase sales targets.
  • Monitor and motivate sales team members.
  • Develop sales strategies to meet company targets and maximize distribution of product lines through complex channels, with the ability to analyze distribution problems.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with trade leaders and distributors to positively impact the company's image and business goals.
  • Collaborate with distributors on coverage area sales and distribution plans and their implementation.
  • Analyze regional and sales performance data to identify improvement areas.
  • Understand changing customer needs and market trends, and respond proactively to ensure long-term business performance.
  • Work closely with trade marketing to ensure strategic and tactical consistency, including promotion effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Set clear performance standards and expectations based on business strategy and goals for ASMs and distributors.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in any field is required.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in FMCG, with at least 4 years as a Senior Sales Manager, maintaining East Java region is mandatory.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Deep understanding of operational sales and distribution across all channels: GT, MT, Horeca, etc.
  • Strong communication, data analysis, and reporting skills.
  • Ability to manage a large team.
  • High achiever, target-oriented.
