Job description

Adecco Group is a global HR solutions company, currently supporting clients in the FMCG Company to find a Trade Marketing Executive - GT to be placed in several area (Jakarta, Semarang, Surabaya, Medan).

Responsibility:

Execute National Programs within the region in alignment with the Channel Development GT team.

Collaborate closely with the Area Operation Team to ensure seamless implementation of trade marketing initiatives.

Develop and support local trade marketing activities to capitalize on regional business opportunities.

Provide comprehensive weekly and monthly reports to both the Channel Development Manager GT and Regional Sales Manager.

Ensure effective utilization of trade marketing tools and materials across the General Trade channel.

Requirement:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in Trade Marketing, preferably within the FMCG sector.

Strong understanding of the General Trade channel and regional trade dynamics.

Excellent coordination, analytical, and communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Highly self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
