Our client is a Construction company currently seeking a Sales and Marketing Executive.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Identify new business opportunities in the EPC sector.
2. Conduct market research and analysis to understand client needs, market conditions, and competitive positioning.
3. Develop and support key sales and marketing initiatives.
4. Maintain safety and cleanliness standards at the workplace.
5. Contribute to maintaining and monitoring K3L in respective work areas.
6. Ensure a safe working environment.
7. Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering.
• Proficiency in English at a conversational level or higher.
• Minimum of 10 years sales experience in an EPC company handling plant construction.
• Management experience is a plus.
• Aspiring to become a manager in the future.
