Job description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and analyze financial financing reports for management.
2. Evaluate and analyze the level of cost efficiency for each department.
3. Collaborate with other departments to obtain valid cost data analysis.
4. Track spending against budget and savings initiatives to ensure the effectiveness of financial controls and accuracy.
5. Create cost evaluation and analysis per homepass based on area and time period.
6. Monitor and analyze infrastructure projects, comparing actual conditions (IRR vs Revenue; Payback).
7. Administer sales incentive programs, ensuring accurate calculations and timely payments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills, presentation skills, able to explain concepts concisely and accurately.
• Proficient in MS Excel, ERP systems, and computer literacy.
