Key Responsibilities:

1. Serve as the go-to expert for product features, specifications, and performance.
2. Support sales teams with technical product knowledge and customer presentations.
3. Develop product documentation, technical guides, and training materials.
4. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
5. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to define target customer segments.
6. Analyze product performance and customer feedback to propose improvements or new offerings.
7. Monitor industry developments and provide strategic input on market positioning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Microbiology, Biology, Biotechnology, or a related life science field.
• Strong understanding of laboratory workflows and instrumentation in microbiology and biotech.
• Ability to translate complex scientific concepts into user-friendly language.
• Willingness to travel (domestic and/or international) up to 30-50% of the time.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar Product Specialist, Product Manager, or Technical Sales role.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to explore market data and customer insights into actionable strategies.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience working cross-functionally with R&D, sales, and marketing teams.

Preferred Qualifications:
