Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Purchasing, Procurement, or Supply-Chain Management.
  • Experience working in a Sales & Distribution company is a plus.

Job description

Tasks

  • Assist the Operations Manager in managing the end-to-end purchasing process, including preparing and processing purchase orders.

  • Track orders, verify prices, and confirm delivery schedules with all stakeholders.

  • Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, and communications.

  • Monitor inventory level and work closely with the warehouse team to manage stock replenishment.

  • Prepare and present regular procurement reports to the Operations Manager.

  • Assist in resolving any discrepancies related to orders, shipments or invoices.


Requirements

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and Inventory Management Software.

  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Purchasing, Procurement, or Supply-Chain Management.

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply-Chain Management, or related field.

  • Experience working in a Sales & Distribution company is a plus.

  • Proficiency in Mandarin is a strong plus.
