Job description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Supervise the production of mine and processing plant.
   (Mengawasi produksi tambang dan pabrik pengolahan.)
2. Supervise sampling, sample preparation, and draft processing conducted by surveyors.
   (Mengawasi pengambilan sampel, penyiapan sampel, dan metode pengukuran sarat air kapal yang diproses oleh surveyor.)
3. Prevent, identify, warn about, and handle potential risks and incidents on site.
   (Mencegah, menemukan, memperingatkan, dan menangani kemungkinan risiko dan insiden di lokasi.)
4. Maintain good relationships with suppliers, customers, shipping agents, and surveyors on site.
   (Menjaga hubungan baik dengan pemasok, pelanggan, agen pengiriman, dan surveyor di lokasi.)
5. Report on site conditions in a timely manner.
   (Melaporkan kondisi di lokasi secara tepat waktu.)

Job Requirements:

1. High school diploma or higher; Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mining, inspection, maritime, logistics, or related fields is preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome.
   (Pendidikan SMA atau lebih tinggi, Sarjana atau Magister di bidang pertambangan, inspeksi, maritim, logistik, dan jurusan terkait lainnya lebih diutamakan, lulusan baru juga dipersilakan untuk melamar.)
2. Experience in an inspection company or mining industry is preferred.
   (Mempunyai pengalaman kerja di perusahaan inspeksi atau pertambangan lebih diutamakan.)
3. Candidates with established customer relationships are preferred.
   (Kandidat yang memiliki hubungan dengan pelanggan lebih diutamakan.)
4. Proficiency in English at intermediate or advanced levels is mandatory; proficiency in Chinese is preferred.
