Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate and driven F&B Supervisor to oversee the full spectrum of food & beverage operations at Khastana Hadi Resort. This role requires a hands-on leader with a refined understanding of hospitality, attention to detail, and a deep commitment to quality and consistency. You will be responsible for managing the café and lounge operations, leading the kitchen team, curating and overseeing in-villa dining experiences, and ensuring exceptional F&B service standards throughout the resort.

Key Responsibilities
1. Cafe & Lounge Management
• Lead the daily operations of Desa Harvest Countryside Café & Lounge, ensuring smooth service flow and consistent guest satisfaction.
• Supervise front-of-house staff including baristas, servers, and lounge hosts.
• Implement and maintain an ambiance aligned with the brand’s countryside luxury positioning.
• Oversee stock levels, menu engineering, and monthly performance reporting.
2. Kitchen & Culinary Oversight
• Collaborate with the Owner and Kitchen team to plan, develop, and improve menu offerings with a focus on locally inspired, seasonal ingredients.
• Monitor kitchen operations to ensure hygiene, food safety, and quality control standards are consistently met.
• Supervise kitchen procurement and inventory control while maintaining food cost targets.
3. In-Villa Dining Services
• Design and manage a high-quality, prompt, and personalized in-villa dining service system.
• Train service staff on in-villa guest engagement, setup etiquette, and discreet service delivery.
• Coordinate with the reservations and front office team to ensure accurate meal preferences and timing are captured.
4. F&B Experiences & Brand Standards
• Develop signature F&B experiences that reflect the resort’s unique cultural and countryside narrative (e.g., farm-to-table dinners, wellness picnics, floating breakfast).
• Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints – menu presentation, plating, staff uniforms, and guest interaction.
• Continuously improve the guest journey through feedback loops and innovation.

Qualifications & Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role in F&B within a boutique cafe or resort hospitality environment.
• Proven ability to manage multi-outlet operations, including kitchen, service, and in-room dining.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to lead, train, and inspire a diverse team.
• Understanding of HACCP standards and experience in setting up or maintaining kitchen SOPs.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Passion for local culinary culture and countryside hospitality.
