Responsible for:

  • Handling customer inquiries through all channels, providing accurate information, ensuring all customer queries and concerns have been addressed following company standards and winning back the relationship in every interaction.
  • Escalating any issues to the Team Leader and proactively following up to ensure issues are resolved within SLA and communicating the resolution to the customers.
  • Ensuring all inquiries received are well documented in the system and follow the standards.
  • Maintaining high-quality service in every interaction and achieving performance targets.
  • Monitoring and following up on Fraud Alerts to the Customers and performing all necessary actions to follow the SOP.
  • Providing insights based on the customer's voice to the Team Leader for any issues or trends happening to generate an action plan for improvement.
  • Maintaining a safe and pleasant working environment in Customer Care, embracing the Honest Value.
  • Utilizing all supporting tools and databases appropriately, following company policy or procedure.
  • Participating in training needed based on operational or company requirements.
  • Proposing to the Team Leader any SOPs or Scripts that need to be adjusted to maintain quality service and win back relationships with customers.
  • Keeping updated with product and promo information in the dynamic working environment.
  • Performing all duties required by the company in line with the standards.

Work Location: Jakarta

Work Hours: Shift basis (24 hours)

Employment Status: Contract Base 3-6 Months
