Are you passionate about curriculum design and education? I Can Read Indonesia is looking for an experienced Curriculum Manager to join our Academic Department and play a key role in shaping high-quality English programmes for students across Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead curriculum development based on educational research and market needs
2. Improve and maintain the curriculum framework aligned with business goals
3. Design English language assessments and new learning content
4. Collaborate with the Head of Academic and Academic Manager on strategy and implementation
5. Provide academic support to ICR centres and assist with teacher training
6. Occasionally travel to centres across Indonesia for support and quality assurance
7. Contribute to events, training, and content development initiatives

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree (preferably in English Education)
2. Minimum 6 years of experience in education, with curriculum or academic leadership roles
3. Strong understanding of English pedagogy, CEFR, and curriculum trends
4. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
