BD & Sales Staff - Electrical - Cikarang (B-118965)

Our client is an electrical company currently seeking BD & Sales Staff.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Proactively identify and open new business opportunities, establishing initial contact with potential clients without prior connections such as business cards or phone numbers.
2. Maintain effective communication with makers and customers to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
3. Manage pricing strategies and prepare quotations for clients.
4. Study and understand products in the target field, including recycled resin, tape, and packing materials.
5. Perform other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or electrical engineering.
2. 3-5 years of sales and business development experience in a Japanese company.
3. Business-level English proficiency.
4. Experience handling resin, electronic, or electrical products.
5. Proven experience in pricing management and VE/VA proposals.
6. Strong communication skills, ability to establish initial contact with potential clients, and thorough understanding of target products.
7. Ownership of SIM A & a personal vehicle (car).
