Job Description

The Project Manager will oversee the planning, implementation, and completion of various projects within MidPlaza Holding. This role involves coordinating and leading cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and achievement of objectives. The Project Manager will manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables to ensure project success.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
2. Coordinate project activities, resources, and tasks across cross-functional teams.
3. Implement and apply project management processes and schedule controls to ensure proper execution.
4. Develop and oversee the overall design for projects, including construction procedures and programs.
5. Manage and communicate all design requests to the project team.
6. Maintain safety standards and promote a zero-accident working environment.
7. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
8. Manage project documentation, ensuring proper documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
