Job description

Marketing Communication & Public Relations Supervisor

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing communication strategies.

Plan, coordinate, and supervise marketing campaigns (online and offline) to support store promotions, product launches, and seasonal initiatives.

Oversee the creation of engaging content for advertising materials, social media, newsletters, press releases, and other communication channels.

Build and maintain relationships with media, press, and key opinion leaders to generate positive coverage and enhance brand awareness.

Collaborate with the digital marketing team to integrate online and social media strategies into overall marketing communication efforts.

Ensure brand consistency across all communication touchpoints, including in-store visuals, advertising, and promotional activities.

Lead and mentor the marketing communication team, ensuring effective task delegation, performance monitoring, and skill development.

Assist in preparing and monitoring the marketing communication budget to ensure cost-effectiveness and ROI-driven initiatives.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing communications, preferably in the retail, beauty, or health industry.
  • Strong knowledge of digital and traditional marketing channels.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Proven experience in managing campaigns, public relations activities, and media relations.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media management tools, CRM, analytics software).
  • Strong analytical and project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative campaigns.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
